I have attended courses in different institutes. DIG was my best experience ever. They are organised, experienced and nice. I would confidently and gladly recommend them to any language lerner.

Wrong information provided regarding cost of course if you attend 2 weeks out of 4. first, they told you pay only half price. We applied to visa, bought tickets and overall planned the trip. When we wanted to pay already the course, they said it’s impossible to pay half price. Following the answer from the school below: fully disagree the sequencing. First, on 4th August me and then on 14th August my husband, we called you and asked especially about October (not summer!) course. You could check the calls, there would be proofs. And during that calls your employees TWICE gave wrong info that I can stay 2out of 4 weeks and pay for 2 weeks only. And only then I bought tickets and applied visa. Overall, it doesn’t matter anymore I just wondering how you are turn the facts around. And wish you to think about your customer service quality, especially when people want to visit exactly your school and coming to your country especially for the course.

I had one great teacher for A1.2 called Ruth. She really went the extra mile for her students but I had a horrible one for A2.1. -With that in mind, I requested an offer for private lessons, I emailed, I called DIG - but I never got the answer. Their front desk do not reply emails. I have the impressions that it is quite not organized or they just do not care for you. It is like they doing a favor to you. I suggest you to spend your money and time elsewhere.

Deutsch in Graz has been a milestone since I have arrived in Graz. It took me more than I wanted to, but I have made a lot of progress in German (just passed a B1) while getting to know some of my best friends to this day. I think it can improve in terms of organization of courses and overall structure of the courses in connection with exams, but I cannot but recommend this school.

Deutsch in Graz is one of the oldest language schools in Graz. Good thing about this institute is that they have courses going on throughout the year and at different times (Vormittag, Nachmittag, Abend). They also have every session summarised in form of a ppt which the teacher shares after every class. Personally I found the teacher great with excellent knowledge of the language, however since the courses are intensive and some intensive+, it feels like a crash course and one needs to self practice a lot at home.

I recently took an intensive German course from beginer level A1 to A2 and I was very impressed with the experience. The teacher was incredibly professional and skilled at explaining the material in a way that was easy to understand. The class size was small, with only 10-12 people, which allowed for plenty of time to focus on grammar and practice. The atmosphere was very friendly and the learning process was both entertaining and immersive, which made it a lot more enjoyable. I enjoyed the class immensely and found that going every day for 4 hours during the workweek was a great way to see progress on a daily basis. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn German with professional and experienced teachers who will make the learning process fun, interactive and engaging.

I attended B1 and B2 german courses in this amazing Sprachschule! Great teachers with a lot of experience, that they transfer to students. The language school provides also workshops for exams, online sessions and an online platform. As a plus they have very supportive staff! Absolute recommendation!

(ENG) I had a very positive experience at Deutch in Graz, the school is well organised and very well equipped (kitchen, common space, interactive boards, etc.), all the teachers are competent, helpful, and really passionate about what they do (obviously all the ones who assisted me, during classes and workshops). The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful, too. I found most of the classes quite stimulating and useful, the teacher tailored the classes according to the needs of the group, balancing grammar, speaking, reading and listening exercises and engaging us in different activities and games. Moreover, I met lots of new and interesting people with different backgrounds, stories and experiences! What else can I say? I really enjoyed my time here and, most importantly, I learnt a lot and improved my German!
